Soapstone 12cm tall. (6)Slight shallow chip to rim of Vietnamese jar. Base to cylindrical red lacquer box slightly loose to one side.

Most of the lacquer has worn off the top. No visible signs of damage or repair.
A pair of Chinese Famille Verte porcelain vases and covers, late Qing Dynasty/Early Republic, the domed covers with pommel finials and painted with iron red bands and gilt vines, each perpendicular body painted in the round with flowering vines, stands of bamboo and a lucky crickets. Bearing an apocryphal mark in the seal for Kangxi, seated upon turned hardwood bases, 11 cm diameter x 22 cm height of vase and covers.No apparent damage or repair. Some surface pitting in places, and enamel loss visible on close inspection, notable to the gilt. Wear to the underside of the footrim and inside cover rims.
