A SET OF THREE CHINESE PORCELAIN GRADUATED BOWLS, Republic period, each of footed square form richly decorated with flowers and insects on a turquoise ground comprising two large (18cm wide) examples and smaller (15.5cm) each with a rubber stamped seal mark in iron red, and a Chinese famille verte porcelain duck, 18cm long on a wooden stand. (4). Condition report One large example with several flakes of enamel missing, inside on rim and on outside wall. Duck- condition good.

Condition report In overall good condition. Some minor scratches, cracks and imperfections to the glaze.

See illustration. Condition report Numerous small chips and fritting all around the rim. Two tiny flakes on foot rim. No cracks. General surface scratches/wear commensurate with age.

CONDITION REPORT: There is a firing flaw to one of the bowls which feels like a chip and has been gilded, this is a flaw in production rather than damage. Some pitting to glaze and rubbing to gilding and decoration.
