Enamels generally good.

A Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Vase, 19th/20th Century, enamelled in colours with figures riding sea creatures on waves, red square seal mark, 18ins (45.7cm) highSome discolouring to the glaze on the rim. Some minor scattered pitting to the glaze to the body. Some scattered light surface scratches. Some scattered pitting to the enamels particularly the white enamels. Some rubbing to some of the black outline enamels. Some very minor scattered surface flakes to some enamels. There appears to be a Y-shaped hairline crack in the base.

A Chinese Celadon Porcelain Brush Pot with an incised running leaf motif, on three feet, impressed seal mark, 8ins (20.3cm) diameter x 6.25ins (15.9cm) highThere is a small restuck chip to the inner rim, with associated loss and with associated hairline crack running across the rim and down for approximately 7cm, with further hairline crack creating a 'Y'-shaped crack. This is approximately 7cm. The lower part of the vertical hairline crack from rim makes a return horizontally of approximately 4cm. There are further cracks, particularly from the base which may be hairline cracks or cracks within the glaze. There is a further hairline crack running across the rim and down into the body measuring approximately 5cm. Both the body from the rim and up from the base show a series of 'cracks', but not all appear to go through the body of the vessel.

Slight yellowing and foxing to the painting. Foxing through out the back of the mount, slight water damage to an edge to the back of the painting.
A Chinese fahua figure of ZhenwuLate Ming dynasty, 17th centurySeated on a high-backed throne with a tortoise at his feet and flanked by his generals, Wan Gong and Wan Ma, all partially glazed in turquoise, blue and yellow, 25cm high.明晚期十七世紀 琺璍真武大帝像Zhenwu, also known as Xuanwu, is one of the highest ranking Daoist deities. Generally associated with a snake and a tortoise, he is often flanked by his generals Wan Gong and Wan Ma, and depicted holding a sword and a seal in his hands. He is often identified with Heidi, the Guardian of the direction of the North.The cult of Zhenwu became extremely widespread in China upon the rise to power of Emperor Yongle, who usurped the throne from his nephew and, in need of legitimisation for his power, claimed to have received the help of Zhenwu in the final battle with his nephew. He then proceeded to establish a large number of temples to the deity, especially around the summits of the mount Wudang.Condition Report: Small losses to the applied design, including around the beard, the head of the tortoise and most of the snake. Loss of the sword. The right (to the viewer) hand attendant figure has been off and restuck. There are some losses to the billowing scarves but these seem to be glazed over so it is likely they occurred at some stage in the manufacturing process.Expected firing imperfections including a number of scattered firing cracks. There is some overpainting/transparent layer of over-spraying to the right (to the viewer) edge of the throne back, but it is unclear what this is covering. The foot on the same side has also been broken off and restuck.
