A GOOD QUALITY CHINESE TONGZHI MARK & PERIOD PORCELAIN BOWL, the sides painted in vivid enamels with phoenix and scroll-stemmed foliage, the base with a Tongzhi seal mark, 4.4in diameter; together with a 19th Century Chinese celadon porcelain jar, the base with a Qianlong seal mark, 6.6in high. (2)
A FINE & EXTREMELY RARE 18TH CENTURY CHINESE QIANLONG MARK & PERIOD FAMILLE ROSE IMPERIAL QUALITY PORCELAIN OFFERING DISH, the interior with a formal design of unusual geometric motifs divided by scrolling lotus, the wide everted rim with an unusual design of circular piercings linked by an iron-red cord surround within formal floral borders, the base enamelled in turquoise and centred by a Qianlong seal mark in iron-red, 15.3in diameter. (cf. Lot 3442 Christies Hong Kong 27th November 2013 for a pair of very similar examples. Also a related example is exhibited in The National Palace Museum in Taiwan. A 19TH/20TH CENTURY CHINESE BRONZE JARDINIERE, of square section with indented corners, one side decorated with a phoenix panel in relief, the reverse side with a buddhistic lion panel, the decoration reserved on an archaic cell ground, the whole supported on buddhistic lion-head and scroll feet, the removable central part of the base with a seal mark, 10.9in square & 10.75in high to top of the handles.
A FINE QUALITY CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN VASE, the sides and waisted neck well painted with a formal design of lotus, peach, bats, Shou symbols and eternal knots, the interior and base enamelled in turquoise, the neck with double pierced key-fret handles, the base with a Jiaqing seal mark in iron-red, 11.3in high.
