A LARGE 17TH CENTURY STYLE SILVER FLAT-TOP TANKARD by Carrington & Co, London 1915, slightly tapering cylindrical form, with moulded foot rim, scroll-form thumbpiece and substantial S-scroll handle. 14.5cm high, 28.7 troy ouncesLovely clear marks on the cover and body. Retailer's mark on the underside. No personalised engraving or evidence of erasure. The hinge is nice and tight, and the lid closes firmly. Some age-related surface marks but generally in very good condition.
A GEORGE I BRITANNIA STANDARD SILVER TANKARD by Humphrey Payne, London 1716, the domed lid with scroll-form thumbpiece, the S-scroll handle with heart-shaped terminal, the slightly tapering cylindrical body with girdle and spreading foot, engraved with an armorial. 20cm high, 36.5 troy ouncesA full set of matching marks to both the lid and the body. The handle struck with the maker's mark. The hinge is in good order, and the lid closes ok. Shallow dent to the foot. Surface wear. No thinning. In generally good condition commensurate with age.
A late Victorian silver tankard, Rupert Favell, London 1900, height 11.5cm, wt. 9ozt. Condition - appears to have been 'flooded' covering old inscription, later personal inscription to body, gauge a little thin and can be flexed but no individual thin areas, no holes, slight rubbing to marks, general wear including light marks and scratches.

Condition - good, inscriptions to panels but not thin, no damage, no repairs, no holes, appears ding free, hallmarks well defined, general wear including light marks and scratches.
