A Russian silver salt, 84 zolotnik, of shallow circular form on three scroll legs, St Petersburg 1864 by Nicols & Plinke, diameter approx 8.5cm, together with a silver christening tankard with banded decoration, Birmingham 1925, a silver tea strainer with pierced scroll tab handles, Birmingham 1935, and a set of six silver circular nut dishes with pierced decoration, Sheffield 1928 and 1929 by Mappin & Webb.
A flow blue “Canton” pattern strap handled cylindrical tankard, with moulded rim and foot marked S & J & Co, c 1830, height 13cm, together with two flow blue mugs with moulded strap handles showing oriental landscapes. Condition Report: The 'canton' mug has a crack half around the edge of the foot. Crazed and stained. Some discolouration to the rim. One of the flow blue mugs has a crack 3" from the rim. Crazed and stained. The other mug is heavily stained and crazed.
A small Swansea concave sided mug with moulded scroll handle, printed in deep blue with a rather peculiar pseudo Chinese design, c1830, together with a small Swansea flow blue mug and tankard depicting drover with dog and cattle. Condition Report: The Swansea mug has a large chip to the edge rim. Several chips to the rim and signs of old restoration, crazed and stained. Further crack from the rim running down the mug approx 3".
A William and Mary plain, silver tankard by John Ruslen, the body of typical plain, tapering form, moulded to the rim and foot, scrolling thumbpiece, the handle initialled W.F.S., London 1690, 17oz, height 15.5cm, the domed lid is later, being stamped thrice with an indistinct mark, possibly T.W.
