GWR silverplate collection to include 7 items consisting of; 4x sundae dishes all marked with the GWR roundel and HOTELS to front, salt and pepper pots both marked with the GWR roundel and HOTELS to base, GWR half pint tankard marked GWR in script to the front. The whole collection is in excellent condition.

Spencer O.B.E on his retirement from the Royal Air Force from the Officers of HQ No.63 Group", additional RAF Long Service and Good Conduct medal to 4000554 Sgt T.F Spencer R.A.F and pewter tankard with inscription "Presented to Sgt T.F. Spencer on his retirement from the Royal Air Force by the Sergeants Mess Members RAF Waddington 1st July 1977"
Squadron Leader L.T.F.Hancock RAF. A very nice lot housed in two large original heavy leather travel cases, both named to Hancock. Lot includes Medals Defence & War Medal and GVI RAF LSGC Medal (Flt Lt L T F Hancock RAF), Sqdn Ldr Cap, officers leather boots, RAF Watton Tankard, several letters, framed certificates, several sweetheart badges etc. An RAF Cockpit clock, Ashtray, Propaganda leaflets, lots of photos loose & in albums, etc. Needs careful viewing (see also fathers Special Constabulary Medal)

A 19th Century Westerwald tankard with relief work blue ground decoration and pewter lid, 17.3 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The lid has losses and damage throughout as well as scratches to the interior. Seems to be intialled "KK", cracks are visible throughout the body especially evident on the base, general wear and firing faults. In need of a clean - see images for more details
A pair of early Victorian silver tankards with scroll handle, textured body and acanthus decorated cartouches, one inscribed "From a sincere friend to Caroline Dominy", the other "From a sincere friend to Robert Dominy", raised on a circular stepped base with a gilt washed interior, both inscribed to the underneath "1839" (Edward Junior, John and William Barnard, London 1839), with slightly differing handles, approx 10.5 cm high, approx 14 oz total CONDITION REPORTS First tankard "From a sincere friend to Caroline Dominy", large dent to the base, wear to the gilt interior, light scratches, scuffs and marks, some smaller dents. A George I miniature or toy tankard by David Clayton, London circa 1725 (maker's mark and lion passant only), tapering cylindrical, the domed cover with a trefid thumbpiece, S-scroll handle and moulded rims, engraved AE and GC over JS beneath, 5cm (2in) high, 26g (0.85 oz) This mark was registered in July 1720. He apparently worked solely as a toy maker.
