A good 19th century Vienna hand painted lidded tankard of cylindrical form "Rinaldo and Armida", the circular hinged lid decorated to the interior and exterior with figures in a classical landscape, the main body centred with an oval vignette of a couple being watched by guards and with further floral swag and swan detailing to the back section of the tankard, printed marks to base, height 15cm. CONDITION REPORT: There is some wear to the gilt metal mounts and to the gilding, noticeably on the handles, however the porcelain itself only has very minor surface scratching, rubbing to the gilding towards the base, the piece is free from chips, cracks and restoration.
A LATE VICTORIAN SILVER MOUNTED CUT-GLASS TANKARD and two beakers, of tapering and faceted cylindrical form cut with foliate designs, each rim having plain silver mount with marks for London 1898, maker King & Sons. (3) 12cm(h) & 18cm(h) Some wear and slight misshaping to mounts otherwise good for age.
