(5) CONDITION REPORT: Silver plate, each piece rubbed to a certain amount with base metal showing through.
A George III silver tankard, Thomas Hemming, London 1807, of tapering form with bands of reeded decoration, 19.5cm high, approximately 780gm/see illustration Condition Report: Overall in tidy condition with crisp marks. Small dent just above foot, traces of pale gilding to interior. Small knocks, wear and scratches in line with age and usage. The initial is probably later although certainly 19th Century.
