An early 19th century Sunderland Dixon & Co. creamware maritime jug, printed and enamelled with a view of a frigate Northumberland '74 and to the reverse a view of the cast iron bridge over the Weir at Sunderland, along with a Dawson & Co. creamware tankard decorated with a ship and motto 'may peace with plenty...'. Jug 20.5cm. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Jug with a filled hole to the body arount the shoulder. Tankard badly cracked and stapled.

On a terribly heavy Wembley pitch, City defeated West Bromwich Albion 2-1 coming from behind after a Jeff Astle 5th minute opener. The City goals were scored by Mike Doyle & Glyn Pardoe.
