Frederick William Elwell (1870-1958),a half-length study of a gentleman wearing a frilled collar,signed Fred Elwell and dated 1902,oil on canvas,71 x 64 cm CONDITION REPORT: Framed. Dimensions for image only. Some minor losses to paintwork but one particularly prominent to the right hand side of the tankard, the canvas is also very thin at this point.
