A GEORGE III SILVER COVERED TANKARD BY WILLIAM CRIPPS, the domed cover with pierced thumbpiece, scrolled handle with engraved initials, the tankard of conical banded form with flared foot, later copper base, cover marks to lid interior in dome, tankard marks below top rim, London 1765, height 21cm, approximate gross weight 32.6ozt, 1014 grams (condition: some partial rubbing to hallmarks, cover has a few small dints to the front edge and some creases at the back where the thumbpiece has pushed in slightly, also slight marks top and bottom to the interior where the handle has pushed into the body, could be traces of a crest or armorial to the front, the copper bottom is heavy)
An Edwardian silver christening tankard Sydney & Co, Birmingham 1903, the central band repousse decorated with putti and hare amidst floral scrolling design, engraved cartouche 'NELLIE from N. DOVE, Dec 24/1904', scroll handle, parcel gilt interior, 2 3/8in. (6cm.) high; together with a pair of silver peppers by the same maker, inscribed with initial, gross weight 2.9 tr.oz. (3) *Condition: In fine condition, no issues found.

(12.5cm.) high, weight 15 tr.oz.; an Edward VII rectangular purse calling card case, profusely engraved with foliate scroll decoration, with central circular vacant cartouche, 3 1/8in. (8cm.) long; a bottle coaster with turned wooden base by Deakin & Francis Ltd, Birmingham, 1978, 5 3/8in. (13.8cm.) diameter; and miniature sugar tongs with claw feet. (4) *Condition: All pieces good, having very little wear.
A late 19th century Indian silver tankard tapered cylindrical form, finely engraved with wildlife and a vacant floral pendant cartouche between scrolling foliate borders, with swan form handle and floral engraved base, signed to base, 3 5/8in. (9.2cm.) high, weight 8 tr.oz. *Condition: Very good condition overall. Single short, deep scratch to edge of base. No other faults.
