Willis & Co, Birmingham 1913, and a bright cut decorated rat tail spoon with trifid finial, Sheffield 1914, length 11.5cm (4).
A grey perspex dome top Lumitron table lamp designed by Robert Welch, with alloy plated pedestal and alloy plated trumpet base, height 65cm. Condition report: Screws missing to attach shade to lamp stand, small dent to aluminium base, chain for on/off switch missing. Grey shade in good condition.
Exceptional Bijar rug, north west Persia, circa 1900, 5ft. 4in. X 4ft. 1in. 1.63m. X 1.25m. Overall wear; corrosion to browns; some repiling/conservation. Wool wefts and cotton warps. Note the rows of flowering shrubs in the dark brown field and the archaic trumpet design of the light terracotta main border. Tiny animals and birds hiding in the field. Lustrous wool and soft handle.
