dating: End of 19th beginning of 20th Century provenance: Prussia, Two with blades marked 'W.K.& C.', one of which with folding shell-guard and the other with emblem of a trumpet and monogram 'WR II', both with scabbards (one with two and one with one suspension rings, this last one irrelevant). Together with a replica of a flag holder's arm, with finely engraved blade, scabbard and pocket. length 81 - 104 cm.

A Large Chinese Export Silver Epergne, character marks to base, early 20th century, with a central and three smaller trumpet shaped vases, engraved with floral swags and calligraphy, to a central support with three scrolling arms supporting three swing handled baskets, fixed to a pierced hardwood stand, 41cm high including stand, 33oz 3dwt Repairs to the central support at base of trumpets, the receivers appear to have been broken off and repaired, these are quite weak. Hardwood stand with a large section broken off and re-stuck. Quite a few dings and dents throughout,
Pair late 19th century Bohemian emerald green glass vases, tapered hexagonal bodies, gilt relief carved facets on vermicule ground, below trumpet neck and circular base (one a/f), H30cm Condition Report One a/f, the neck broken off. Has been repaired at one point. The other has a chip to the top rim with cracks running a third of the way down the neck. Both have loss of gilding. William Moorcroft for Macintyre & Co. trumpet shaped vase in the 'Eighteenth Century' pattern no.M2604, c1908, H22cm Condition Report The top rim looks to have restoration. Professionally done to a high standard. Two faint cracks running down from the top rim. The foot has also been restored, visible crack. Paint work is flaking in this area. All over crazing. Extra photos show the damage.
