Upholstered in brown leather with compressed air panel electric seats and deep pile carpets. Other features include air-conditioning, power steering, trumpet horns and dummy side mounted spare wheels carriers. Imported in 1990 and registered in the UK in 1993 with two owners recorded since. The car has covered less than 500 miles in the last twenty-five years and following a long period in storage has recently been subject to recommissioning. This included new plugs, rotor arm, dizzy cap, front brake overhaul and various other jobs in preparation for it's MoT. A substantial piriform vessel with slightly raised foot and trumpet-shaped everted rim, chocolate on white linear design between triangles, with single strap handle to the shoulder. 3.1 kg, 34.5cm (13 1/2"). From the collection of a Japanese gentleman, deceased (1970-2010); collected in the 1990s. Very fine condition. A very imposing example of this classic type.

Property of a London gentleman; formerly with the Mahboubian Gallery, London, UK; acquired before 1972. Very fine condition.

A dark brown ceramic vessel with high trumpet foot, globular body, large flat overhanging ribbed rim, distinctive shoulder, encircled by an applied ring, and two horizontal handles on opposite sides of the body, with three large vertical ribs either side. 5.6 kg, 39cm wide (15 1/4"). Private collection, London; acquired on the art market in the 1980s. An impressive example of impasto ware production, most of which were discovered inside the chamber tombs around the Etruscan cities of Vulci or Volsinii. Fine condition, some restoration, small hole to the shoulder.

Arber-Cooke lived in Carmarthenshire, Wales and was an avid collector of European & Asian works of art and an author of the History of Llandovery. He was collecting from the 1940s to the 1980s.
