A large Chinese underglaze blue and famille rose decorated vase with flaring, trumpet rim and curvilinear handles; decorated with circular panels depicting a variety of landscapes; about 55 cm high, the base with Qianlong six-character mark, but not of the period.Provenance: The Property of a Lady. From a Private UK Collection. With only minor wear, including some minor scratches to body, and scratching to base. dating: first quarter of the 20th Century provenance: Prussia, Brass and white metal trumpet, complete with white/black rope. Band with Prussian eagle, embroidered in polychrome and gilded thread, on a white, silk ground, black border, white fringes. Grenades at the angles. Monogram 'FAS' on the other side, above a grenade in white seam on a black ground, a star of the order of black eagle in the angles. dimensions 74 x 60 cm.
