2nd-3rd century AD. A silver-gilt plate brooch of openwork trumpet-shaped whirls, pin-lugs and catch to the reverse. Cf. Hattatt, R. 6th century AD.A D-section silver hoop with slightly flared shoulders and trumpet-shaped discoid bezel; hatched bands to the shoulders, four lines of enigmatic text to the bezel. Cf. Chadour, A.B.
