A gold finger ring with D-section tapering hoop, spur to each shoulder, trumpet-shaped bezel with intaglio profile bust of Zeus Serapis with modius. 18.36 grams, 26.23 overall x 19.49 internal diameter (approximate size British T, USA 9 1/2, Europe 21.26, Japan 20) (1 1/4"). From a private UK collection, formerly in the John Moor collection, York, UK. Very fine condition. A large wearable size.

A terracotta ewer with bulbous body and broad trumpet neck, chamfered rim, handle to the shoulder formed as a standing quadruped with pellets to the shoulders, long slender beaked spout with supporting strut and bird-head spur above. 1 kg, 32cm (12 1/2").
