An Ear Trumpet & Conversation Tube, copper and brass, with conversation tube ear piece and trumpet in ebonite, tube cloth bound (2)10/09/2017 Condition Report: Conversation tube very good, no damage, repairs or loses, no fraying of cloth covering. Ear Trumpet - relatively crude construction, but all seems original with no damage except it appears it was originally painted black. Earpiece in good condition
MOORCROFT; a small modern 'Pansy' pattern tubeline decorated baluster vase, boxed, height 8.5cm and a pair of Wedgwood powder blue glazed trumpet vases, height 20cm (3). CONDITION REPORT: One of the Wedgwood vases has a hairline visible to the outside spreading from the rim. Moorcroft vase appears to be in good condition.

A Chinese finely worked silver epergne formed by a central trumpet shaped holder emerging from a circular bowl and supported upon a bell shaped foot, the overall decoration is of dragons, clouds and flame motifs in repousse, adjourn and chased workmanships. The base with a silver maker's mark, Chui chi + CS, together with the original carved wood ebonised stand, total height 44cm. Condition report: Some very small dents and knocks, generally in good condition. Weight of silver is 994 grams.
A Japanese bronze pear shaped two handled vase with waisted trumpet mouthed neck, the ovoid body decorated in relief with two birds in flight framed by two flowering plants, the foot with an added Chinese bronze mirror decorated a four character zhuanshu style commendation seal encircled on four sides with four Chinese characters reading Xuande nian zhi and framed by two guardians Chi-lin dragons, mid Meiji period, height 42cm, width 24cm.
A Chinese monochrome pear shaped vase decorated with an all over flambe glaze, the foot with a brownish wash, the waisted neck supporting a wide trumpet mouth, the latter adorned with a later all over silver mount intruding into the mouth, this exceptional mount is finely engraved with chrysanthemum flowers amidst scrolling foliage and tendrils, the interior section formed as ten palmate panels engraved with stylised lotus and fronds. Paper label to base. Late 18th century. Height 41cm. Condition report: Some fine scratches to red glaze throughout vase, some small firing faults, engraved mount crisp, star hairline crack to foot.
TWO SIMILAR ROYAL WORCESTER PORCELAIN TRUMPET VASES, hand painted with pink roses and foliage, signed by K. Blake, shape no.: G923, date cypher: 1925. 23cm high. (2)(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Both appear in good overall condition, minor wear to gilding as expected with age, no obvious significant damage, losses or chips. One of the vases does feel heavier in the hand.
