An unrestored Great Eastern Railway pattern sliding knob hand lamp, with London & North Eastern Railway brass plate `Morton Road`. This lamp started life at `Audley End` (stamped no.18) on the GER main line before being transferred to Morton Road, the first station north of Bourne on the GNR line to Sleaford. Regular passenger services stopped in 1930, but occasional specials ran on the line and freight continued on the southern part of the branch until 1965, with interchangeable green lens, 32cm high.
