WW2 British Air Ministry binoculars in leather case with etched name. Marked 6E/471 over crown A. M. (air ministry) stamped binoculars in good working order, optics focus in and out well and lens unscratched but age “foggy” glass, main body has only light surface loss, original leather straps. Good leather carry case all complete and well stamped BINOCULAR PRISMATIC NO. 2 Case MK1. OS.18687 F.LTD 6E/471. Also, hand marked to a Sqn. LDR E. Cryer and included in case is an article on Wing Commander Coote RAF who had an Australian Sqn. Ldr. E. Cryer in his squad but as this is only hand etched, we are only offering this as a possibility.
