Cameras: a Leica M3, with Leitz 1:2 f=5cm lens, Nr1231508, with Leica meter MR, in remains of leather case. Condition Report: The camera appears in good used condition having dirt/dust in places. The lens cover not present. The case has been damaged resulting in the lens protection being ripped off. The serial number is not visible as it is not possible to remove the Leica meter easily.
A Brass 7" Radius "Bell" Pattern Mark III Sextant by Heath & Company, New Eltham, London, silver inset scale index arm with magnifier, vernier and thumbscrew lock, horizon mirror, coloured lens and a 7" telescope with additional ocular and objectives all in a mahogany box, the whole stored in the original leather case, with gold tooling Heath & Co Ltd, New Eltham, London, Mark III. Note: The National Physical Laboratory Certificate of Examination dated January 1920 to the inside lid and a further pink slip indicating adjustment in 1943.
