A pair of 18ct white gold and diamond stud earrings the baguette cut diamonds, approx. 0.50ct each, in four claw settings. (2)* Condition: Excellent condition - no wear or chips to stones and appear to have very little use. Stones do not have any paperwork or certificates. One has a visible white line inclusion at the edge near one claw - only visible through a 10x lens. Otherwise clarity very good. Colour is approx. K, showing faint colour. Basket settings are cast and both have some 'flash' to the casting at one end of the basket which has filled in an area which should be pierced. A jeweller could clean this up quite easily if required.
An antique 18ct rose gold, synthetic ruby and diamond cluster ring, hallmarked W.G.S, Birmingham 1915, the round cut synthetic ruby within a border of ten cushion cut diamonds, over pierced scroll shoulders, ring size O.* Condition: ** Please note that the red stone is completely clear, showing now inclusions whatsoever - we therefore believe that the stone is a synthetic ruby, not a natural stone. It has a little minor wear to edges of facets - expected wear for age and not visible with naked eye, only through a 10x lens. Two diamonds have a tiny chip and one has a small cavity in the cut surface of the stone. Some carbon spots and inclusions in diamonds visible through a 10x lens. Shank has not been sized and is in good condition.
A fine Victorian emerald and diamond cluster ring the oval cut emerald of fine clarity and colour, 12 x 9mm., approx. 4.5ct, within a border of rose cut diamonds, the setting in rose gold and silver with pierced pendant shoulders, ring size O½.* Condition: Emerald has some light rubbed wear to the facet edges and two tiny nicks to the table - this is not visible to the naked eye (only under a 10x lens). There is also some rubbed wear to the underside to facets at centre of stone. Short needle inclusion at the surface at corner of table and crown which is visible with naked eye. Tiny chip to girdle beside one claw. Rose cut diamonds appear in good condition and are secure - one is replaced with an old single cut diamond. Claws are worn but the stones are secure.
