A 1964 LEITZ LEICA M2 RANGEFINDER CAMERA FITTED WITH A LEITZ SUMMILUX 1:1.4/35 LENS Serial no. 1098612, lens serial no. 2061492, contained within its original velvet-lined brown leather fitted case Condition Report:Please see additional images showing the lens from a variety of angles. Case and strap are generally clean with light scuffs and a little wear to flex points. The camera has been very well looked after and has no obvious condition issues (to the non-specialist eye). Lens appears to be free from scratches and fogging. Please note that we cannot guarantee the mechanical functionality of any item.
AN OPAL RING AND OTHER ITEMS The solid black opal has lively green, purple and blue colour play, and is mounted in a vintage 9ct gold multi claw setting, size M1/2, weight 2.6gms. A 22ct gold ring set with a turquoise, with Glasgow hallmarks for 1874, made by James & Andrew Kelly. Finger size N1/2, weight 3.2gms. A 9ct gold sunburst brooch set with an old cut diamond and split pearls (af) diameter 2.5cm, weight 3gms Condition Report:Dimensions of the opal; 13.9mm x 9.8mm x 5mm. Opal has multiple scratches to the surface that can be seen with a lens, which makes the opal appear less shiny by eye. There are no chips, deep scratches or cracks. Mount all good. star brooch has three pearls missing. Diamond bright and clean, clasp ok, overall could do with a gentle clean. Turquoise ring, still a good colour no greening, nice clear hallmarks.
Photography - A Proline camera bag containing a Nikon FE2 camera with fitted Micro-Nikkor 1:2.8 55mm lens with additional lenses to include Nikkor 1:2.8 24mm, Nikkor-Q.C Auto 1:3.5 135mm and a Nikkor 1:3.5 20mm lens (contained in original box).Condition Report: Camera cocks and fires on M250, batteries depleted (light meter not responding). Nikkor 55mm has no fungus, focus ring is smooth with no noise, aperture clicks are smooth but has oily blades causing slow closure, some dust in optics and slight dent to filter ring. The 135 mm lens has some white powder type material in the optics, probably fungus, rear optic has slight fungus, aperture ring turns smooth with oil free blades and focus is smooth with no noise. 24mm lens is in good working order, focus ring smooth with no noise (slighly stiff), aperture clicks are smooth with oil free blades, no fungus. 20mm lens is in good working order, no fungus and minimal dust, focus is smooth with no noise and aperture is smooth with oil free blades.
