It retains some of its original lacquer finish.

A pair of Georgian diamond set cluster earrings, each designed as a rose cut diamond set flower head, with a central diamond within a surround of eight further rose cut diamonds, all set in white metal with yellow metal closed back and later post and butterfly fittings, total weight 5.4gms CONDITION REPORT: Each diamond is a rose cut so it is impossible to gauge the size of the stones in their closed back settings, overall diameter is 13mm. The post fittings are much later. Overall the stones are very bright, inclusions are visible with a 10x lens but this may be grub reflecting within the stone from closed back setting.
A diamond solitaire ring, the old brilliant cut diamond (of approximately 1.00ct) within an eight claw setting, within yellow gold shoulders and plain hoop engraved and dated '31.8.28', weight 2.7gms, size O/P CONDITION REPORT: Hoop engraved to the interior 'C.E.G - F.W.T.W 31.8.28', stamped indistinctly '18' but '8' almost gone. Three claws very worn and almost gone - would need re-tipping professionally. Some minor wear to the hoop commensurate with wear, overall condition is fair. Some very minor inclusions visible with a 10x lens, but overall quite clean, colour is good, drawing a little colour but nice bright stone.

A Leica II model D camera circa 1932 SN 87827 housed in a leather case CONDITION REPORTS Light surface scratches, accretions, build up of dust etc. Areas of rust on the screws and some tarnishing to some of the metal. Some wear to the grip. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for details. The leather case has numerous scuffs, scratches and some splits to the leather. The stitching has partly come away from the lens cover section and the camera body section. The leather has areas of discoloration and fading. See photos for details.

A pair of Victorian brass black lacquered and white metal 'Superior' opera glasses embossed with continuous woodlands hunting scenes, diameter of the lens 3.5cm, in fitted leather and silk lined case. CONDITION REPORT: Generally in good condition, the right eye cap has a misshapen with edge with losses to black lacquer, also areas of rubbing to all of the edges and some minor areas of flaking, tarnish to the white metal decoration, overall minor traces of wear commensurate with age, lenses in tact, general overall wear commensurate with usage to the leather case.
