An Edwardian 2'' Lacquered Brass Two Draw Artillery Field Telescope, with cross hair reticle, stitched leather sleeve and lens cap, the underside of the tube with brass tripod bracket marked W.WATSON & SONS, 1904, No.391 and with broad arrow, the second draw faintly engraved Tel.F.A.(Mk.II*) and Sen.Staff, overstamped NEGRETTI & ZAMBRA, LONDON, 1901/1421, later marked with a broad arrow and IV, together with an oak tripod with calibrated brass mounts, cogged elevation and spirit level (broken), marked HOUGHTON-BUTCHER MFG.CO.LTD., LONDON 1916 No.907, with broad arrow. Good clear optics. Dent to first draw tube. Some minor bruising to the leather. Later markings to the tube. The associated tripod in good used condition. The spirit level glass bubble tube is broken.
