A rare J & E Stevens cast-iron Teddy and the Bear mechanical bank, marked ‘Pat Appld For’ on the underside, featuring a bear suddenly appearing when a coin is place in the rifle and fired into the tree trunk by the use of a lever -10¼in. (26cm.) long (some slight retouching) - this amusing toy money banks representing President Theodore Roosevelt bear hunting, indeed on one of these hunts, Roosevelt refusing to shoot a tethered bear cub resulted in the invention of the Teddy Bear

An interesting French 1st World War Infantryman, with composition head, smoking a cigarette, intricate uniform including an Adrien blue greatcoat, rifle, back pack, pick, cooking tin, spare studded boot soles, water bottle and bed roll, white kid boot, kid hands and wooden plinth with brass plaque inscribed ‘Tenue de Campagne 1916’ -12½in. (32cm.) high (missing helmet and slight fading)
Twenty Eight Original Star Wars Trilogy Plastic Figures, including IG-88 Bounty Hunter with Imperial blaster (missing rifle), Lando Calrissian (Skiff Guard disguise) with Virbo ax (missing helmet), General Madine (missing Battle staff), Imperial Tie Fighter (missing blaster), B-Wing Pilot (missing blaster), 8D8, Luke Skywalker (Jedi Knight outfit) missing all accessories (two). A Winchester model 1885 single shot low wall rifle, S/No.86297 for approx 1900, the 28" barrel is No.2 weight and is chambered for the Winchester round 25-20-SS, the rifle retains a very high percentage of original colour with the woodwork in excellent condition, the rifle is also fitted with correct 'period' rear target sight and combination front sight, 25-20-SS is listed as obsolete cal, no licence required to purchase only (loading dies, cases and heads available to purchase if required)
A patinated spelter figure, Great War soldier, early 20th century, modelled with his rifle held at hip height, indecipherable signature to rear and stamped "H Bergman", supported on an ebonised plinth with applied Swedish silver medallion inscribed "Pris Vid Faltskjutningar Vintern 1917-1918". Height of bronze 26 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This is patinated spelter and not bronze. There is a small scuff mark to the rear of his right arm and a small scuff mark to top of the rear of his right hand leg showing through to the base metal. Other than that there are no obvious visible faults to the figure. The ebonised base is slightly knocked and has a couple of scuff marks showing through to the wood.

A .177” Marco (?) break action air rifle, 42” overall, half octagonal barrel 19” with unusual tall fixed rearsight, number 345 beneath barrel and on right side of air chamber, with barrel release lever on right side, the beech (?) butt having chequered semi pistol grip and steel butt cap. GWO & C (lightly refinished, no visible markings). An identical rifle is illustrated in “Collectors Guide to Air Rifles”, 3rd edition by Dennis Hiller, page 153
