Thurkle, Soho, London, having a steel Gothic hilt with crowned bugle cypher and wire bound fish skin grip, housed in a steel scabbard with two suspension rings, 99cm.

(Rifle Factory Ishapore) with further Ordnance marks to the opposing side, having a steel muzzle ring stamped DP and two piece grips, the pommel marked DP 4745 with further crossed out numerals, housed in a steel mounted leather scabbard, 55cm.
A 19th century .577 Snider breech loading three band service rifle, the 91cm barrel with folding ladder sight, having a hinge opening breech stamped Snider Patent, the lock marked Thomas Turner, Fisher Street, Birmingham, the brass trigger guard numbered 2932, having a brass mounted walnut stock, 141cmCondition report: Breech hinge works. Alexander Henry percussion single barrelled target rifle, patent No. 252, gauge 451, single barrel with sight. Engraved Alex Henry, Edinburgh, patent No. 252, gauge 451, with presentation plaque on but, with cleaning rod. 'Presented to the 9th A.R.V. by Captain J.G. Stevenson' in fitted wooden case. Total length 125.5cm, barrel length 86cm CONDITION REPORT: There is a slight crack in the wooden stock at the grip. The barrel does not appear to be blocked. There is no piercing to the barrel. The action seems to be in good working order.

A 19th century Austrian single shot target rifle, the 74cm barrel with folding ring foresight and mid folding ladder side, having a rotating breech and side hammer stamped Werndl, the lock with Imperial eagle and numbered 868, the tang with adjustable peep sight and numbered 1131, with Tyrolean walnut stock, double trigger and elaborate trigger guard, 127cm. Sold as an exempt item under Section 58 (2) of the 1968 Firearms Act, to be held as a curiosity or ornament.

Anton Chotka (Austrian, 1881-1955), cold painted bronze 'Bedouin tent' lamp, Vienna, early 20th Century, modelled with two men, one inside seated smoking his pipe, the other standing in the doorway with a rifle, raised on a naturalistic base supporting a palm tree, with cast signature ‘CHOTKA’ and impressed ‘AUSTRIA’, 38cm high.Footnote: Anton Chotka was a workmaster for Franz Bergman.Condition report: Upper section of rifle misshapen. General dulling to coloured enamels commensurate with age. Traces of emulsion paint around edges of base, easily removed with thumbnail.
