Topham of Nantwich, the 14ins arched painted dial decorated with a duck hunting scene to the arch and shells to spandrels, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in figured mahogany case with moulded scroll pediment and turned pillars to hood, shaped trunk door with plain cant corners, the base with raised centre panel, 89ins high (enamelled dial marked and lacking bracket feet).
