A Victorian 18ct gold The Trade House of Glasgow medal depicting a tree surmounted by birds within a scrolled surround, the reverse having a central shield shaped cartouche with anchor, wheatsheaf and scales within, bearing the motto "Praise God for all" below, having a blue ribbon with bar inscribed Allan Granger Deacon 1869-70. This medal was possibly for The Incorporation of Bakers due to the family connection of bakers at the time.
