Lothians & Berwickshire Yeomanry Officer’s shoulder scales. The shoulder scales are made of three rows of interlinked gilt chains, edged with bullion. Within the crescent a raised gilt metal dome mounted with the Regimental initials. Red Melton cloth backing to the underside, with four attachment loops. GC.

Royal Engineers 1830 pattern shoulder scales. An exceptionally fine and scarce pair. Each comprising a dark blue cloth strap edged with bullion line and with large gilt crescent ends. On the strap, a large bullion crown with a band of gold lace across the strap; within the crescent, silver bullion flaming grenade. The underside retains blue laces for attachment to uniform. VGC Housed in japanned storage tin

German Third Reich Hitler Youth Knife by Tiger, Solingen. The blade stamped with maker’s Tiger logo, circular RZM device and “M7/68”, nickel plated curved quillon and pommel, black chequered composition grip inlaid with red and white HJ swastika diamond-shaped emblem. Scabbard absent, blade stained and with specks of rust, nickel fittings slightly rubbed ... together with a Dress bayonet by Eickhorn, the fine 19.5cm plated steel fullered blade stamped with maker’s ‘double-squirrel’ logo. Black-painted pommel and curved quillon, stag-horn scales to the grip. Housed in its black painted scabbard. (2 items)
