Fine Cartier snake ring, the pavé set diamond head with emerald eyes and coiled gold body with textured gold scales, signed - 'Cartier, Paris', stamped - 750 and numbered 018233. French control marks. Ring size approximately J / K CONDITION REPORT Very good condition. No obvious damage or repairs. The diamonds are predominantly brilliant cut stones measuring between 1mm - 1.5mm diameter. Head measures approximately 7.8mm x 10.1mm. Body approximately 3.5mm wide, width of the coiled body from head across to the tail is 16mm wide. Ring size difficult to estimate precisely, probably J / K. Marks and signature are clear to read. Provenance: The vendor inherited this ring a few years ago and has shown it to Cartier, London, who were very happy with the authenticity of this piece. Accompanied by a Cartier cloth pouch which they supplied but no paperwork. Total gross weight approximately 13.6 grams

An Impressive quantity (some 1,000’s) of white metal War Game figures by Newline, Navwar Productions Ltd, Elite Miniatures, Hinchcliffe Models, Lancashire Games etc. Mostly ‘in-the-white’ unpainted, and some as kits. Scales include 15-25mm depicting two eras, Napoleonic and WW11. British, British allies, Grenadiers, Prussians, Dragoons, Russian Dragoons and French, for a Waterloo scene, comprising figures, mounted figures, separate horses and mounted figures plus cannon (various) and accessories. Also WW11- assorted vehicles, tanks, tank transporters, various trucks, armoured cars, half-tracks, motorcycles, etc, various scale, plus a quantity of very small figures. Some items still packed, but the majority are loose. A number have been well painted. VGC- a few AF. Some parts may be missing. Plus a few plastic WW1 style German and British aircraft. Viewing recommended.
19th century AD. An iron dagger comprising a single-edged blade and curved grip; the blade with silver repoussé appliqués and an inset panel of silver with palmette motifs to each face and the back of the blade, scrolled bronze bolster, carved wooden(?) scales. A pair of bronze Indian (?) padlocks, each in the shape of fish with arching body and prominent dorsal scales; details of the body scales, tail and faces in punched dot decoration; sliding lock plate to the rear, bar extending from a plate in the head. 250-200 million years BP. A mixed group of three Triassic phytosaur scutes from Arizona, USA. Property of a Lincolnshire, UK, gentleman; acquired on the UK art market. Most Pseudosuchians or croc-line Archosaurs had short legs, wide, heavy bodies with rows of armoured scales, long tails, and long toothy snouts. 90 grams total, 34-58mm (1 1/4 - 2 1/4"). A stuffed and mounted Pike, in naturalistic setting, within a three sided glazed display case CONDITION REPORTS Pike is stuffed. The front pectoral fin may have had a repair to the join, and following the curved line parallel to the gill also appears to have had some repainting , heavily varnish / repair, there are some scales raised towards the back of the fish. Case has general and tear, areas of dirt etc - see images for further details.
