A 19th Century Belgian Six Shot Pinfire Revolver, with traces of original blued finish, the 7cm round barrel set with a 10cm double wavy edged steel bayonet to the left side, the right side with ejector rod, the cylinder with hinged loading gate, with folding trigger and ivory grip scales, the barrel, frame and cylinder inlaid with gold tendrils, 23cm. Action works. Bayonet is fixed. Small loss of gold inlay to part of barrel. Light pitting to metalwork, the blued finish is now a dark brown.

A Southerner Derringer Rimfire Pistol, the 6cm octagonal steel barrel engraved K.B.Ellis to the underside and stamped SOUTHERNER to the top flat, the sides and the brass frame engraved with scrolling leaves, with sheath trigger, the barrel swivelling to the left for loading and released by a button to the underside of the frame, with walnut grip scales, the frame numbered 4834 to the underside of the butt, 11.5cm. Action works but is very stiff. Grey patching and pitting to the barrel.

An Early 19th Century German Hunting Sword, the 60cm single edge steel blade engraved with hunting trophies, a stag and a wolf, bearing traces of gilding, the brass hilt with shell guard, octagonal crossguard, oval pommel and antler grip, the leather scabbard later painted blue, with brass mounts, inset with a skinning knife with antler grip scales, the blade stamped M.WEIS, 77cm. Nick to edge of blade 16cm from ricasso. Traces of gilt decoration. Scabbard has been later painted blue and has a crease split above the brass shoe. Brass locket has been glued in place.

A PAIR OF WEST SOMERSET YEOMANRY BRASS SHOULDER SCALES ATTRIBUTED TO COLONEL CHARLES KEMEYS-TYNTE mid 19th century, of typical 'horseshoe' pattern, with scratched ownership inscription to the underside, each 18.5cm long. Note: Charles Kemeys-Tynte (1778-1860) was an English Whig and Liberal politican who served as a Member of Parliament for Bridgwater between 1820 and 1837.
Judaica.- Emblemata.- Meisner (Daniel) Iusta Simplicitate, engraving, 147 x 103mm., some foxing to margins, a little spotting within image, [Landwehr, German, 426], [Frankfurt], [1623-1631]. ⁂ Depicting integrity and simplicity, where a Jewish moneylender is juxtaposed against the simplistic idyllic rural background. He holds scales in his hand, on which are a fox and a pigeon. The work comes from Meisner's Thesaurus Philo-Politicus.
RARE 1962 HEINKEL KABINE Registration Number - 566 LJH Chassis Number - SR8004 Engine Number - 1522501 The Heinkel Kabine was a microcar designed by Heinkel Flugzeugwerke and built by them from 1956 to 1958. Production was transferred under licence to Dundalk Engineering Company in Ireland in 1958. However, the licence was withdrawn shortly afterwards due to poor quality control. Production restarted in 1960, again under licence, under the Trojan 200 name by Trojan Cars Ltd. in the UK, and continued until 1966. Provenance: This car was used in the ITV series 'LUCKY FELLER' featuring David Jason, which ran for just one series of 13 episodes. The storyline features two brothers who live in Brockley, South East London. The basic set-up can be seen as a dry run for Only Fools and Horses, except with David Jason playing the "Rodney" part, Bernard 'Shorty' Mepstead. The elder brother, Randolph 'Randy' Mepstead, is played by Peter Armitage (Nicky Henson in the pilot episode). Shorty is naive, hopeful and in love with a girl named Kathleen Peake (Cheryl Hall). She is infatuated with - and thinks she is pregnant by - Randy. Despite her attraction to Randy, she becomes engaged to Shorty and has to make him believe that he is the father. But despite her best attempts, and Shorty's feelings for her, this never happens, and in the final episode it becomes clear that Kath is not pregnant. Guest stars include Pat Heywood, Prunella Scales and Mike Grady as well as international stars such as Burt Kwouk and Saeed Jaffrey. The show was directed by both Gerry Mill and Mike Vardy and was mainly filmed in and around South London. The show was offered a second series; however, writer Terence Frisby did not feel he had enough ideas for the series to continue, so the show was axed after the final episode. The car was purchased from the production company by the second owners grandfather and subsequently to the present owner approximately 12 years ago. The paperwork accompanying the vehicle includes the original owners manual and V5C registration certificate.

7th The Princes Dragoons Guards 1834 Officer’s helmet.A rare and impressive gilt example worn circa 1834-1837 only. The sides and rear peak ornamented with applied floral scrollwork, the comb with oakleaf decoration. To the front, a triangular rayed plate bearing applied Hanovarian Royal Arms. Between the base of the plate and the top of the peak, a gilt band inscribed “THE PRINCES DRAGOON GUARDS”. Either side, a large rose head boss to support the ornate chin scales, these with leather backing. The comb, with provision for detachable bearskin crest, now complete with its detachable impressive ornate lion head ornament. Lining to the interior absent. VGC
Victorian East Lothian Yeomanry Cavalry Officer’s Mess Jacket.The jacket is of stable jacket form, scarlet Melton cloth with dark blue facings to the collar and cuffs. Edged with gold bullion lace and to the front a row of gilt seed buttons. To each cuff two regimental buttons. The interior with quilted cotton lining. Shoulder scales absent, overall GC.
