Wooden, full stock with grip checkered with scales, steel mounts, finely engraved in imperial style, butt-plate with a silver Medusa head. Set trigger. Bone-tipped ramrod. length 36 cm.
dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: Europe, Smooth-bore, octagonal, 11 mm cal. barrel, with rear cock in line with the breech; long, undulated double-edged blade under the barrel, external spring on the right side, mechanics covered with a small, iron shell-guard, trigger shaped as a boot. Steel hilt, two parry quillons composing the cocks (some pitting), quillon block containing pistons; the arm shoots through a foldaway trigger, the two cocks in sequence. Iron grip, of curved shape (pistol), containing springs and mechanics. Some pitting. Grip scales in German silver, with transveral grooves. length 32,5 cm.

Scabbard is almost completely covered with silver foil, richly carved with rinceaux in relief in the front part. Central segment with leather bands. Back is partially engraved with scales and provided with three loops (one damaged). Long chape (small damage of the foil), decorated with buttons and engravings that take up the drawings on the back of the scabbard and grip. length cm.
