Many examples, as in the present lot, were produced using ' bought in' white glazed industrial tiles. This industrial type of glazed tile had the advantage of consistent and strong glazes and were easily available. The decoration was painted and the tile then re-fired in his workshops.

This is truly a fantastic and brilliant Diamond & Ruby ring set in 14K white gold with a wonderful Art Deco style and paperwork. At the center of the ring is a phenomenal art deco style mounted with natural diamonds with a total of 0.32 carat size, VSI-SI1 clarity and F-G coloring with very good polish and cut. The ring shows a collection of beautiful rubies set with 26 square and trapezoid cut with a 0.67 carat weight and rich red coloring. The ring comes with an AIGL (American International Gemological Laboratories, INC.) report and appraisal which confirms the above info and gives a value of $4,135.00. The ring is a size 7 US.

Lot 447

The lot features this excellent estate ring set with Diamonds and Rubies in solid Platinum. The ring shows an Antique 1930’s style and design with a center stone being a round brilliant cut with a total weight of .40 carats and a I1 clarity and G color. The diamond is bordered at each side with beautiful baguette cut natural Ruby which show a fine deep red coloring and count of 4 stones being 0.21 carats in weight. The setting also shows various round brilliant diamonds framing the delicate antique style setting giving a wonderful additional flash and elegance for an additional 0.09 carats in diamond weight. The band is marked “ORIANNE PT950” and is from high end jewelry designer Orianne Collins. The piece comes with a gemology report and appraisal from AIGL (American International Gemological Laboratories, INC. a GIA certified gemologists AIGL# K16E98-EA13616) that confirms the above information and gives a value of $4,215.00. The ring is a size 7 US.

Offered for sale in this lot is a set of stud earrings in 14K gold with large natural Rubies and Diamonds. The two stones found at the center of the earrings show octagonal step cut natural Ruby examples with a total weight of 10.72 carats with fine red coloring and very good cut grade (fracture filled) being four-prong set and accented by a fine square halo bezel of natural Diamonds. The set shows a total of 40 round brilliant cut natural Diamonds with weight of 1.48 carats. The set comes with an AIGL (American International Gemological Laboratories, Inc. AIGL Report No. K26E22-EA14159) which confirms the above info and gives a value of $6,227.00. Total weight of 8.0 grams.
