According to Henri Vever, Julienne's drawing classes were attended by Paul Robin, Paul Legrand and Cartier among others. Maison Robin had been very successful since the 1830s and it was renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship and impeccable taste. Paul Robin Senior devoted many years of his life to researching the recipe for the matt gold colour in the English taste. He finally discovered it and applied it to his jewellery with great success. Paul joined his brother Edouard in the company Robin Frères from 1869 to 1880. He then filed his own hallmark in 1880, crossed out in 1914. Perregaux, Locle, No 8522, Chronometre Balance, Lever Escapement, 15 Jewels in Ruby, Visible Pallets, diameter 52cm, weight of watch ca. 101.9gms.together with a silver half-hunter pocket watch with wristwatch lugs, the movement having a lever escapement, the black and cream dial with subsidiary seconds dial, the case marked .925, diameter 35mm.

Hallmarks: 750. Set with 10 brilliant cut diamonds of approx. 0.30 ct. in total (VS-SI / J-K) and a faceted ruby ​​of approx. 1.93 ct. (approx. 8.7 x 6.6 mm). In good condition, one diamond has a chip, ruby ​​has presumably been treated. Ring size: 17.5 mm / 55 mm. Weight: 10.53 grams.
Hallmarks: 750, Dutch hallmarks: 585, Pt. Set with a faceted natural ruby ​​of approx. 1.34 ct. (approx. 6.9 x 5.6 mm), rose cut diamonds and two old European cut diamonds of approx. 0.85 ct. in total (SI-P / H-J). In good condition, ruby ​​has slight room in the setting. Ring size: 18.25 mm / 57.5 mm. LxW centerpiece: 2.0 x 1.7 cm. Weight: 11.24 grams.
