Taxidermy: A Large Late Victorian Diorama of Tropical Birds, circa 1880-1900, comprising fourteen various species to include - Green Honeyeater, Swallow Tanager, Red-headed Barbet, Firefinch, Compo Troupial, Green-headed Tanager, Asian Paradise Flycatcher, Hummingbirds to include White-Necked Jacobin, Sabrewing, Ruby Topaz, two Emerald Sapphire, etc, all mounted upon and around a centrally positioned branch, amidst a natural setting of ferns, tall grasses and fauna, issuing from pebbled groundwork below, enclosed beneath a large period oval glass dome, supported on the original faux rosewood painted base, raised on four bun feet, 46cm by 23cm by 85cm overall.

Taxidermy: A Late Victorian Hummingbird Diorama, a superb high quality mixed diorama of forty two various Hummingbirds, to include - Rufous Throated Sapphire, Long-tailed Sylph, Purple-throated Carib, Bearded Mountaineer, Collared Inca, Frilled Coquette, Crimson Topaz, Ruby Topaz, Black Jacobin, Lond-tailed Sylph, Long-tailed Hermit, Purple-crowned Fairy, Black-bellied Thorntail, Swallow-tailed Hummingbird, Emerald Hummingbird, Violet-eared Hummingbird, all mounted upon lichen encrusted branches, above moss, lichen and painted soil groundwork beneath, enclosed within a later oak framed five-glass display case, 78cm by 19.5cm by 51.5cmupper glass section later, base and groundwork original to specimens within.
