It is stamped '18CT' and in our opinion would test as gold. The ruby measures 5.80mm x 4.50mm x 2.45mm approximately. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; caratweight 0.40, colour H/I/J, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. Gross weight 3.1 grams.
