An Austro-Hungarian Necklace and Pendant, set throughout with turquoise, mother-of-pearl and garnet, with blue, green and white enamelled decoration on scroll motifs, necklace length 42.5cm, drop length 6.2cm, pendant measures 2.6cm by 3.2cm, necklace with fitted case (2). Overall fair condition. Lots of wear to the enamel. It has not been possible to ascertain the identities of all the red stones but contains some garnet and possibly some ruby. The necklace is enamelled to the reverse as well as to the front. Necklace fastens with a tongue and box clasp. Clasp stamped 'AA HB' Gross weight 43.3 grams. CR 03.04.19

A Late Victorian 18 Carat Gold Ruby and Diamond Five Stone Ring, three graduated cushion cut rubies alternate with old cut diamonds, in yellow claws on a plain polished shank, total estimated diamond weight 0.50 carat approximately, finger size Q . The ring is in fair condition. The rubies are scuffed. It possibly once had a further diamond at each side. It bears no maker's mark, but bears the Birmingham town mark, 1896. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 3.8 grams. CR 03.04.19

Lot 38

An Early 20th Century Ruby and Seed Pearl Bracelet, round cut rubies within borders of seed pearls, to create floral motifs within linked frames, length 17.5cm, in a fitted case . The bracelet is in good condition. It fastens with a tongue and box catch and features a safety chain. The tongue is stamped '9CT' and in our opinion the bracelet would test as gold. Gross weight 13.0 grams. CR 03.04.19
