CONDITION REPORT: There are no makers marks of any description to any piece in this lot. The condition is generally extremely good, with only very minor rubbing to the gilding and slight roughness to the underside edge of the foot rims on some of the cups. This may well be a firing issue. Please note that there is one extra cup and a circular tureen lid not pictured in our image. The lid does not fit anything in the service but is approximately the same diameter as the large plates. Condition defects are as follows: The basin has one small inner edge chip on the gilt rim. One cup has a star hairline crack to the base. Another has a top rim chip and small loss. A third has a minor top lip inner edge chip just through the gilt line. One saucer has a small top edge chip again just through the gilt line. The oval bowl is a little dirty to the interior and there are some surface scratches. With the exception of the specific damage mentioned we can see no hairline cracks or any other significant issues. The colours are generally very strong and as previously mentioned the gilding is also in good order generally. There is no significant rubbing to the monogrammed letters.
