A canteen of sterling silver flatware by Reed & Barton, Spanish Baroque pattern, believed to date from the 1970s, the 12 place setting service comprising table forks, dessert spoons, soup spoons, salad forks and tea spoons, plus a pair of pickle forks, a sauce ladle, a shell bowl sugar spoon, a serving fork and a pair of table spoons, total weight 106 tr.oz., plus 12 table knives, 12 butter knives, a pie server and a master butter knife with Mirrorstele-blades, gross weight 49.9 tr.oz., in a Eureka fitted mahogany canteen. * VG condition with evidence of only occasional use. Canteen good with a few small dings and scratches to exterior.
A matched Georgian silver three piece tea service, the teapot by Thomas Hayter, London 1805; the sugar basin and milk jug by James Wintle, London 1820, of compressed hexagonal form with gadrooned decoration, the teapot with leaf capped loop handle, 4½in. (11.5cm.) high, each piece raised on hexagonal foot, gross weight 40.2 tr.oz. (3) * Hallmarks rubbed on milk jug, teapot handle very slightly loose and has two small dents to upper, hinged cover with small nibble, spout with dents and nibbles to tip, overall good.

(4) * Discolouration to composition handles. Marks good. Engraved initial to all four pieces. Good condition overall, with no faults.

(24.7cm.) long, 6¼in. (15.9cm.) high, weight 31.9 tr.oz. (3) * Teapot with slight movement to handle, tiny 5mm dent to lower belly, jug and basin with tiny flea-bite nibbles, overall very good.

(20.4cm.) high, gross weight 36 tr.oz. (4) * Each piece with multiple small dents to belly (easily sorted), overall good.

(21.6cm.), gross weight 55 tr.oz. (4) * The bone handles with shrinkage cracks and hairlines, teapot handle loose in mounts, otherwise excellent condition with very good hallmarks.
