Known as the Clements pattern, it was produced in both sterling silver and plate from 1960 into the 1990s.

An Edwardian silver tea and coffee service on a tray by Atkin Brothers, Sheffield 1901, of oval baluster shape with nulled rims and composition finials and handles to the kettle, coffee, tea and hotwater pots, comprising a kettle on stand with burner, 30cm (12in) high; a coffee pot 23.5cm (9 1/4in) high; a tea pot 26cm (10 1/4in) long; a hotwater pot 16.5cm (6 1/2in) high; a cream jug; a twin handled sugar basin; and a twin handled rectangular tray with gadrooned and shell rims, presentation engraved, 63.5cm (25in) long, 6545g (230.85 oz) gross, in a fitted light oak case. The presentation reads Presented with a silver tea and coffee service by the Trustees & Managers of the Finsbury & City of London Savings Bank to Edward Scargill their Actuary in recognition of his long and faithful services to the Bank extending over 57 years and for the invarying courtesy shown by him in the discharge of his duties, 18th March 1902.

The salver engraved: Presented with a tea & coffee service to Mr John Lakeman on his leaving Costislost by his warmly attached friends as a tribute of their regard and in recognition of valuable services rendered to the neighbourhood where he resided for a period of 50 years. 27th September1866.
