Royal Crown Derby, a part dinner service in the Gold Aves pattern, printed marks to base, to comprise, a pair of tureens with lids, an octagonal fruit bowl, eighteen dinner plates, three oval platters, two oval dishes, eleven medium plates, eleven bread and butter plates, ten crescent form plates. a sauce boat, twelve large saucers, ten coffee cups, five tea cups and seven saucers (Qty)Condition Report: this service has been used as there is quite a bit of wear to the porcelain, light to medium wear to the white porcelain, especially to the dinner plates, but some of the lesser smaller plates have almost no wear. The gilding varies in quality, as one would expect from good to faded. Some plates show crazing to the glaze. One or two hair line cracks to the cups, but most pieces ring well.
