Fine quality Victorian four piece silver tea and coffee service, comprising teapot of melon form, with embossed foliate and floral decoration, hinged domed cover with flower head finial, and silver handle, on a cast shell and foliate base, matching coffee pot, sugar and cream jug (London 1829) Edward, Edward Jnr, John & William Barnard, together with a pair of Victorian Irish silver sugar tongs (Dublin 1877), all at approximately 84ozs, teapot 28cm across (5). APHA Ref: V3LRANS8 General overall condition good, all items have some surface wear and scratching, surfaces are tarnished.Tea Pot - Some panels on body and base have dents, no holes, top lip of spout is slightly distorted and worn, pin on upper handle mount is protruding, insulators are cracked, no other major damage or repair. Coffee Pot - Some panels on body have minor denting, no holes base may have had solder repair where it joins body, at some time, cover is dented where it meets handle, insulators are cracked, base slightly uneven, no major damage or repair. Marks slightly rubbed.Sugar - Gilding is slightly worn, some dents to underside of base, no holes, no major damage or repair. Marks rubbed.Cream - Gilding is slightly worn, lower handle mount is pushed in, no holes. Marks rubbed.Tongs - Very good condition, arms are slightly bent. Marks are clear.

An extensive Royal Albert Enchantment bone china tea and dinner service of approximately 134 pieces CONDITION REPORT: There is a set of three cake plates lacking their stand, the smallest of which has a hairline crack. One of the teacups has a hairline crack and one of the sugar bowls has a hairline crack. There is one side plate which is actually in the very similar Lady Carlyle pattern. All other pieces appear good.
