NORITAKE PART TEA SERVICE,comprising nine cups, nine saucers, eleven plates, two large plates, one bowl and one jugSlight rubbing of gilding to bowl and a very small.Small chips to rim of jug and loss of gilding to handle. very small crack/chip to one of the cups and some loss of gilding to a couple of the handles of the cups.One if the large plates has a large crack from one end to the other, has possibly been broken in half and stuck back together. The other had a yellow stain to the base.

The service comprising of teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl Each piece having gadrooned body with angular handles and the teapot having ebonised finial and handle. Assay Marked for Chester. Date letter M for 1830. Makers stamp ineligible. Teapot measures approximately 12cm tall. Total weight 413g.
