A late 19th century five piece part service comprising sparrow beak jug and cover, a tea bowl, a tea cup, a side plate and a cream jug, each hand painted with exotic birds and insects, each piece with hand painted apple mark to the underside, together with two late 19th century hand painted dessert plates, a Crescent china hand painted plate, an unusual hand painted plate on integral plate stand, a Chinese Famille Rose lidded box and a Chinese Canton twin handled bowl and cover (part af).Condition Report: Surface wear and scratches to each of the plates, the Canton piece with a large slither chip to the cover, missing one handle and large chip to the underside, the Famille Rose lidded box with rim chips, the plate with integral stand with large chips/losses, crazing to the side plates, losses to the paint and decoration on the cover, crazing to each piece of the service, losses to gilding especially on the spout, a small pin head chip to the peak of the sparrow beak jug.

The teapot having the dedication Presented to CAPT TC Parkinson by his brother officers of the 7th Battn Lancashire Fusiliers on the occasion of his marriage 2nd Jany 1918. The teapot creamer and sugar bowl having the Lancashire Fusiliers crest to the front of each piece. Total weight 1020g. Largest item measures approx 11.5cm. Smallest measures approx 5.6cm.

A George III silver matched four-piece tea service, each of oval shape with engraved foliate borders, comprising teapot & stand, London 1802 with mark of George Smith & Thos. Hayter (the teapot with former maker’s mark erased, the stand with GS/TH over-struck on former mark), the two-handled sugar bowl & milk jug London 1804 by Wm.Abdy II (33oz total).
A Clarice Cliff ‘Bizarre’ Crocus pattern ‘tea for two’ service comprising teapot (12cm) two teacups, milk jug, & sugar bowl; together with a ditto beehive honeypot, 7cm, and a ditto 15cm side plate; all with printed marks to bases. (9).Condition report - The teapot, sugar bowl and jug are all in good condition with no cracks, chips or restoration (including the teapot lid), there is some slight crazing to the glaze, and some very slight wear to the green edges, but the enamels are all in good order otherwise. The teacups and saucers are all in good condition, there is just some slight wear to the brown ring on one of the saucers.The small plate has two restored rim chips/flakes, some crazing and some wear to the enamels.One wing of the bee-handle on the pot-lid has been broken & re-stuck, otherwise there is just some slight crazing to the pot & lid.
