1882 Earliest Ever Tottenham Football Memorabilia: A small hand written accounts book listing first ever purchase of goal posts flags paint stamps football and more. It lists the first ever officers of the club and the 3 shillings they had to pay to be the founding members. Direct from the vendor that sold the original 1885 minutes book recently which was previously the oldest Spurs item on record we are told. C/W letters to and from the secretary in the 50s thanking them for items of which one is a hand written (not original) 1885/86 handbook produced by owner to share with the club. Whilst only 6 pages are written in, the fact this was the founding of Spurs makes it an incredible piece of history. It mentions H.C.C. Which was the Hotspur Cricket Club and how the football club was formed. Must view.
