Comprises large format colour issue of Marca dated March 6th 2002 being a special 122 page , largely colour special supplement completely devoted to Real Madrid and their Centenary, many pictures and articles about the players, also included is a booklet "Campeon de Campeones " 84 pages Issued to celebrate Real winning many trophies in 1957 including the European Cup, a colour 1960 team group is included showing Madrid with 5 European Cups and an issue of France Football dated March 5th 2002 is also included with 20 pages devoted to Real Madrid and their Centenary. EUROPEAN CUP FINALS Collection of twelve French football magazines and newspapers, being "France Football", L'Equipe and Miroir du Football. The issues cover European Cup /Champions League Finals plus the 2010 World Cup. Most relate to the 2006 Champions League Final, Barca v Arsenal with many colour photographs with one issue covering the 1975 Final, Bayern v Leeds , with superb colour photographs of the teams in the Final in the issue. Both Finals were played in Paris. Ideal collection for Arsenal collectors. Good

Team groups, all 48-49 include Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, Millwall, Brentford, West Ham, Norwich, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Swansea, Exeter, Plymouth, Bolton, Blackburn, Liverpool, Everton, Blackpool, Nottm Forest, Derby, Wolves, West Brom, 15 issues are in this Lot. FOOTBALL MISCELLANY Scarce issue of Football Pool Specialist dated 26/9/1936, number 5, large format 16 page issue with details of all the English and Scottish games on the Pools coupons this week including all the present season's results, form analysis and experts predictions for the likely outcome of each game. Includes League tables, previous week results, some pictures of players and a team group of St Johnstone 1936-37. Other items in this small collection include London v Frankfurt Inter City Cup programme, 26/10/55 (good), Stirling Albion v Selkirk , Scottish Cup 8/12/84 programme (Stirling won 20-0 , a record score in the twentieth century in British Senior football) and finally a programme , Luton v Manchester City , 28/1/61, FA Cup which was abandoned due to heavy rain with City winning 6-2, all six scored by Law. City lost the game when it was played again, 3-1, Law scored the goal. Programmes are in generally good condition (small stain on Luton programme), tear across fold on Pools magazine. Includes a BBC headed letter to Sheffield Wednesday Manager, Alan Brown, requesting the services of David Smith, Wilfred Smith and Sam Ellis to take part in the quiz against Dunfermline. The letter is dated 23/12/1966, an itinerary for 9/1/1967 from Sheffield to Dunfermline, a copy of the letter to the Dunfermline hotel requesting rooms, an itinerary for the TV programme and a list of the rules. MAN CITY - PORT VALE 1918-19 Official Football League team sheet completed by Port Vale Secretary M.Schofield, shows the Port Vale team, match date, 26/4/1919 and match score, Manchester City 4 Port Vale 1. Scarce item. Wartime season and the following season Port Vale took over the fixtures of Leeds City when they were expelled from the League. Generally good

Accessories include Inter-Changeable goalkeepers in box, 377 Hull City / Dundee Utd team in box, cricket scoreboard, cricket sightscreen (in box), Subbuteo Dicer ( in box but a little grubby), and a good number of Super soccer bases, teams and loose players. The three pitches are solid and would be better if collected considering postal charges. Mixed condition as some items are a little grubby. Fair

This is from the early days of the new club when they were established members of the Lancashire Combination. 52 page handbook with player profiles and photographs, League tables, honours lists, fixtures and results etc. Good
1975/76-1979/80 A collection of 300 programmes from Division 1 , Division 3 and Division 4 from seasons 1975/76 to 1977/78 and Division 2, Division 3 and Division 4 from seasons 1978/79 and 1979/80 covering most home clubs in all seasons. A few clubs have more than one programme. Includes Workington's last ever home game in the Football League v Newport and last ever away game at Aldershot 1976/77. Also includes one of Wimbledon's last home games v Kettering in the Southern League before they replaced Workington in the Football League the following season. Includes Southport's last season as League Club 1977/78 homes v Wimbledon (1st season), Huddersfield and aways at Reading, Watford plus Wigan 1st season in the League 1978/79 homes v Aldershot, Newport, Hereford, Doncaster aways at Halifax, Darlington, Hereford and Reading.
