Two personal photograph albums of a local family. The first album being a post-WWI First World War personal travel photograph album of Jerusalem and surrounding areas. Likely those of a serving British soldier - Includes views of Bethlehem, Nazareth, group shots of British soldiers in uniform, photographs of railway laying, various aircraft and planes etc. The other album features earlier family history, including several of WWI First World War interest - notably a real photo postcard of 'Central Audit - APC - Winchester 1918 ', and a soldier's football match, a soldier in uniform etc. Interesting family photograph albums.
Four cased medals (3 school sports and 1 army rifle competition), a George V Special Constabulary Long Service Medal to 'DEP. CHIEF S.C. D'OYLEY S. RANSOM', three badges of the Sherwood Foresters and a cased Royal Artillery tie-pin. The rifle shooting medal with the reverse stamped '2ND NOTTS. RV. BEST SHOT OF 20 YEARS SERVICE', two of the sports medals from Down House - '1926 Junior Running Dive' and '1927 Football Sixes' and the third unengraved silver).
