FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION; cased insignia for Order of Knighthood awarded to Sir Frederick Wall, Secretary of the Football Association, silver gilt and enamelled, with diploma, 44 x 36cm, framed and glazed, and a photographic plate of Sir Frederick circa 1909 (3). CONDITION REPORT: Sir Frederick Wall became secretary of the FA between 1895-1934, knighted in 1930 new years honours list, later went on to be director of Arsenal FC 1934-38.
